This program contains three(3) phases to provide the business owner and professional with business development fundamentals to breakthrough to new levels for growth. It is a sequential program, although each phase is a “stand-alone” unit that can be comprehended individually. This program will be offered by teleclass over a period of three(3) months, one phase at a time. Registration can be for any individual phase or all of the program.

Phase 1 – Setting the Foundation (Four consecutive weeks), Thursdays, May 6, 13, 20, 27, 6-7 PM Eastern Time Zone
-Developing your Vision and Mission Statements
-Setting up the Organization Structure for the Business

Phase 2 – Product Differentiation and Marketing (Four consecutive weeks), Thursdays, June 3, 17, 24, July 1, 6-7 PM Eastern Time Zone
-Determining Target Markets & Positioning
-Marketing Strategy

Phase 3 – Generating Business (Four consecutive weeks) Thursdays, July 8, 15, 22, 29, 6-7 PM Eastern Time Zone
-Closing the Sale
-Adding-Value & Long-Term Success

Cost: $100 for any single phase; $175 for any two phases; or $250 for all three phases
