Extraordinary
results happen when the client is matched with the right coach
Individuals come to coaching to achieve results. They have goals and dreams
that they want to actualize in their lives. Many coaches will take on
clients with a range of objectives to be achieved believing that coaching
practices and principles will suffice to achieve the client's goals. While
it is true that standard coaching principles are powerful and often effective
in a range of client objectives, the potential of extraordinary coaching
results are magnified when a client's objective is matched up with a coach
whose strength lies in that area.
The
Center for Coaching
matching process
When a client approaches Center for Coaching, there is a complimentary
consultation with a placement specialist to discuss the goals and objectives
that the client desires to achieve. From this consultation, recommendations
of particular coaches are made for the client to speak with by phone and
discuss how the coaching would work. The placement specialist will be
in close contact with the client during this exploratory phase to facilitate
the client's selection of a coach. Center for Coaching has a substantial
selection of experienced coaches for the client to interview. We have
coaches that specialize in Business, Personal/Life, Career, Executive,
Productivity and Presentation Skills coaching.
Customer
service is job one for us
At Center for Coaching, customer satisfaction is a priority. Our
philosophy of matching up client and coach for extraordinary results follows
our orientation to customer service. After a client has been matched up
with a coach, we continue to be there to serve our clients with regard
to any questions or coaching matters they may be concerned with. If a
particular coaching match is not working for the client, we are there
to work with the client to find a solution.

The
Center for Coaching Story
Center for Coaching evolved to fill a real need: to match a client
with a coach who could best serve his or her goals and objectives. When
I began my coaching practice years ago, I called myself a business and
personal coach. As my coaching practice grew, I received a wide range
of requests for coaching assignments, from business coaching to career
coaching to personal development coaching. Soon I began to realize that
I was most effective and also most personally fulfilled in my work when
I stayed within my area of specialty, which was business coaching. I became
convinced that all coaches had their specialty areas in which they consistently
produced extraordinary results with their clients.
As I continued to receive a
wide range of coaching assignment requests, I saw the need to develop
a team of coaches. I joined with coaches with a range of areas of specialty
and preference to best meet clients needs and objectives. I met with and
invited some of the best coaches I knew to be part of the Center for
Coaching. I formalized the process of matching coach with client and
the Center for Coaching was born. Since our formation in 2001,
the company's philosophy of matching clients witht the "right"
coach has proven successful. Clients are receiving the results they desire
(and remaining with us) and the coaches are personally fulfilled doing
the specialty work they love.
It was also my vision to have
a center where a client could have a coaching company that he or she could
grow with. As a client's goals are accomplished or met, new areas for
personal/professional development emerge. A client who came to Center
for Coaching for career clarity and direction could, after the initial
goal was reached, have other coaches (business or executive, for example)
to work with for the next desired phase of development. Our clients receive
a range of coaching services under "one roof," where their personal
preferences and personal styles are both known and taken into consideration.
We seek to ensure that our clients have the best and most effective experience
with coaching.
