You can judge whether your career is on track by answering yes or no to the following questions. Each yes answer counts as one point. Compare your point total to the scoring key at the bottom.

21-25

Wow. Congratulations, you love your work!

16-20

You’re doing well; this is a very good score.

11-15

You’re doing okay, but there's room for improvement.

6-10

Yes, there is work to do. Consider hiring a coach to move your career (and your score) forward.
