experience including senior management positions as Director of
Store for Liz Claiborne, Inc. and Regional Manager for Banana Republic.
Jane has owned her own retail establishment and has been the member
of the senior staff of a not-for-profit organization. She has served

of Technology. Her coaching business focuses on high potential female
executives, professionals and entrepreneurs as well as family owned
or tightly held businesses.
"Jane and I have
a great coaching relationship. She keeps me focused on my career
development, making sure we constantly revisit my goals and objectives.
Jane always makes herself available to me. It is great to know I
can pick up the phone and use her as a sounding board; she also
checks in with me when she knows I am going to have a stressful
event at work. I feel there was a direct link between the coaching
I received this year and my increase in compensation and performance
rating. I would highly recommend Jane as an executive coach and
look forward to working with her this year".
-VP, Human Resource, major global financial
institution
"My coach, Jane, has considerable experience with the challenges facing
professional women (and men). She has been an invaluable resource.
Coaching has accelerated my personal and professional growth. By
giving me a deeper understanding of interpersonal motives and dynamics,
coaching has enabled me to communicate more effectively with my
colleagues and clients. It has also helped me achieve a greater
work/life balance, and helped me focus on doing the important things
rather than "doing it all".
-Sr. VP, Chief Technology Officer, network
infrastructure and consulting company.

Bonnie
Bonnie is a business and personal coach. She comes to coaching
after a 25-year career in the corporate arena, primarily working
for Fortune 50 companies. She has held line management positions
in marketing, and headed up training and organization development.
Her experience includes change management consulting for a Big 5
consulting firm. Bonnie now works with private clients and entrepreneurs
on both business and personal coaching issues, as well as continuing
to provide organization development consulting, coaching and training
to organizations. She has specialized training in working with adults
who have challenges of focus and distraction.
Bonnie's primary coaching areas include helping her clients:
- determine vision and
direction
- create a plan and
strategy for goal achievement
- create strategies
for focusing and managing time and clutter
- work more effectively
with staff and colleagues
- understand behavioral
style differences that affect relationships
Bonnie is a graduate
of the B-Coach training program, and ADD Coach Academy. She has
a masters degree in Organization Development, and an MBA from Northwestern
University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
"By my early
forties, I had neatly compartmentalized the key areas of my life-
career, relationships, home/living environment- into a deeply unfulfilled
personal constellation. At that point I entered into a coaching
arrangement with Bonnie. With Bonnie's expertise my life priorities
and their natural ordering began to take shape. We then worked toward
turning these priorities into positive visions, motivators for action.
The final stage was the development of an action plan, concrete
steps that would lead to these goals.
Based on my work with
Bonnie, positive change has become the norm in my life, and I couldn't
be more pleased. I've switched careers, have more meaningful frienships
than ever before, and am proactively exploring new places to live.
I strongly recommend Bonnie as a coach, and/or catalyst for
positive change."
